Road District Number Three

Adopt order setting the road district tax rate for fy 2003.>> in August the board moved to adopt the proposed budget and tax rate. The tax rate is currently 16.46 cents. The road district has only debt service and minor expenditures to meet its obligations in order to meet those obligations the tax rate need not be 16.46 cents and needs to be 15 cents, you have an order approving a final road district tax rate of that amount. There is for maintenance and operation tax rate. There is only debt service.

A small decrease in the fund balance from 531,000 to 501,000. And that fund balance meets the goal of having on hand approximately 75% of your debt service payments.
